How to make the perfect cuppa

Posted on April 16, 2015 by Potter & Rest
  1. Use one tea bag or rounded teaspoon of tea per cup required.
  2. Always use fresh water and make sure it is boiling.
  3. Boil the water just once or you’ll reduce the oxygen in it and this affects the flavour.
  4. Brew for three/four minutes.
  5. Milk in last if you are using a teabag in a mug otherwise milk in first.
