Coffee break challenge competition terms and conditions

One lucky person can win a £40 voucher to spend by coming up with the most words of three or more letters they’ve found from the word gardener. They have to be real words.

Terms and conditions

1. General

The closing date of the competition is 11am UK time on Friday, July 18, 2014. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

2. Restrictions

The competition is open to UK and Ireland residents only. Employees (and members of their immediate family) of Potter & Rest Ltd (Promoter) and anyone connected to the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. Rules to participate

All you need to do to enter is like the Potter & Rest page on Facebook and comment on the original Coffee Break Challenge status with your list of new and real words of three or more letters, not names, so nothing starting with a capital letter, made from the word gardener.

No purchase of any goods or services is necessary to be eligible for entry into this competition.

Entries submitted after the closing date will not be counted.

The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. Prize

The winner will receive their stated prize as listed in the competition message.

The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

There are no alternatives to the prize. It is as stated and is non-transferable.

5. Results

The winner will be contacted via social media to advise them of their win.

If the winner of the prize cannot be traced after 28 days by Potter & Rest Ltd, Potter & Rest Ltd will be entitled to select an alternative winner from among the entrants.

6. General Conditions

Any entry, which does not comply with the rules, may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of Potter & Rest Ltd. Potter & Rest Ltd is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, misdirected entries, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incorrect, garbled, delayed electronic or other communications or other technical problems related to mobile entries. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of delivery.

Entrants agree that they may be required to take part in publicity without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include their names and/or likeness.
